16年前の我が家は息子と娘、キャバリアの男の子とチワワの祖母母娘の母子3代、合計4匹のわんこがいて、とても賑やかでした。でも、いつかは命が尽きるもの…。息子が就職した年にキャバリアが亡くなり、チワワの祖母母娘と順番に虹の端を渡っていきました。あれから4年、最後に看取った子が忘れられず、主の居なくなったゲージを見ては、忙しいは今は飼えないと自分に言い聞かせました。長年勤めた職場を退職し、同時期に脊椎の手術をした私。まだまだ長い距離は歩けませんが、今ならば私が家にいるので新しいワンコが迎えられると夫に懇願し、県内のブリーダーさんを探し始めました。主人から木部ブリーダーさんの話を聞き、早速スマホで調べてみると、皆さんとても良い評価ばかり、このブリーダーさんなら信じられる‼️そう思いチワワの男の子を探していると、極極極小の男の子がいました。最初は見学だけと話していたのですが、見学前日やはり連れて帰りたいと言う私の我儘も木部さんは快く聞いて下さり、当日の朝大変な思いをさせてしまい申し訳ありませんでした。初めて会った小さな小さな小さなチワワの男の子、あまりの可愛さに、その日の内に連れて帰りました。ただまだ小さいので、食事は離乳食の様な感じの物、これも木部さんが細やかに作り方を教えてくれました。とにかくすごく可愛いです。今は我が家に来て3日目。1日目はご飯を全く食べてくれず、木部さんに相談すると、丁寧に教えて下さり、何とか食べてくれました。2日目からリビングダイニングを探索し始めました。トイレもちゃんとシートの上でしています。今は甘えてご飯を食べさせてという感じなので、甘々のパパとママは小さなスプーンで食べさせています。そしてご飯を完食した時は、心の中でやったーと叫んだ私。3日目の朝はあまり食べずハウスに入れてみると自分から少し食べていまです。まだワンワンと鳴かずにぴよぴよと小鳥が鳴くような感じ。それもまた可愛くて「麿呂、麿呂ちゃん」と呼ぶと、主人や私の足元に必ず来てくれます。私達の足元に来ては「僕はここだよ」とアピールしています。少しずつ少しずつ食事も慣れてくるのかなと思っています。こんなに可愛い「麿呂」ちゃんをいただけたのは、木部さんとの出会いのおかげと本当に感謝しています。
